How To Use:

• In a non-metallic bowl or applicator bottle, mix 1 part Demi-Permanent Liquid Color to 1 part Pulp Riot Liquid Demi Developer.

Pro Tips:

• Process under 20 minutes for softer color deposit, without heat.
